Shipping, Return and Refund Policy


We currently offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for all orders placed over US $45.00* For orders placed below this value a small shipping charge will apply.
All orders come with insured shipping - if your order gets lost in transit, is delivered to the incorrect address or is damaged in transit, a free replacement will be sent to you asap no questions asked!
All orders are processed Monday to Friday. Please allow 5 - 12 business days for delivery.
However, please be aware that all items are custom made to order and as such can take a little longer for them to arrive.
In some cases where multiple items are ordered with varying production times, we may ship your items separately. So please do not worry if all of your order is not present within the first shipment.
All Necklaces are shipped separately from other items.
**Please note that due to seasonal increases in purchases, eg Christmas, Mother's Day, etc, orders may take a few days longer than usual to arrive. We kindly request you allow a few extra days to receive your order before getting in touch.**
When orders are shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Orders can also be tracked here.

Returns is 100% committed to your satisfaction! 

We will replace any item if your product has been damaged in transit or if you have been sent the wrong item. Just send us a photo of the item and we will initiate a replacement immediately. 

Our return policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt a proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please be aware that all of our products are actually made to order and are unique to the customers' request, so unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges if the customer has chosen the wrong size, color, ordered by mistake or has changed their mind about their purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
